President's Message
One of the main goals of IAAP is education. In our chapter survey we
found that education/training was an important reason why members joined. It
was interesting to find that these were even stronger reasons that members
renew. Most members joined for networking but have found that they value the
educational opportunities even more. Our chapter has great opportunities for
learning in the next few months.
This month’s topic is Excel. The Benton County chapter is going to invite us
to their March meeting which is Access training. Our APW seminar in April will
focus on project management and fighting procrastination.
These events are great opportunities to introduce others to the benefits of
IAAP. Be sure to bring a friend to the February meeting. If anyone has
suggestions for other programs they would like to see we are always open to topic ideas!
